Making it all worth it

Today I was able to deliver some Rise Again "Making Christmas Brighter" funds to help a father of 2 with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Mark "Funky Bunch" Fuerbacher & I were also able to deliver presents to family that just couldn't afford to get their teenage son much. It was an amazing experience to witness this teenager open these gifts with nothing but excitement & smiles. He now has a 32" HD TV, jeans, shirts, socks, new boots, video games and his parents received a gift card to Walmart. Earlier this week Patti "Freak" Dillman was able to deliver several gifts of clothes and other items to a young man whos mother is fighting cancer. All of this is possible because of your support or Rise Again. Tonight made all of those early load ins, late night load outs, getting home at 4 am after working all day and playing out all night, the late night rehearsals, the timeless hours spent learning songs along with the blood, sweat and tears all worth it. I am completely humbled and blessed to be a part of something so special.
